One year warranty is direct through DS18 only @ 954-924-1213
Dealer MUST contact DS18 direct for any warranty issue for this model. Dealer must request a return authorization, RA#, to return the speaker back to DS18 at the dealers/consumers expense. Once DS18 receives the sub, they will evaluate the speaker to determine if it was a vendor defect or customer abuse
